Your membership is non-transferable. Your benefits are available only to you and your immediate family. “Immediate family” means you, your spouse or partner, and your children living in your household who are permanent residents and are at least 18 years of age. there is a limit of one membership per household. Additionally, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial buyers. any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high volume/reseller order, in our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits. You must reside in the United States to be eligible for Fun Rewards+, excluding Iowa residents. start enjoying your fun rewards+ benefits free for 30 days. After your trial, your membership will automatically renew for just $14.95 a month plus tax, if applicable, until you cancel. how to receive a 10% refund
You can shop online, by phone, or by mail and automatically earn 10% cash back on every purchase from our brands! Simply shop at Oriental Trading or Mindware as you normally would. We’ll automatically add 10% of your purchase subtotal to your savings. your purchase subtotal is the amount of your final qualifying purchase after applying all discounts or promotional codes. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping charges, or any other fees added at checkout. Every month, we’ll send you a check for the total approved amount in your savings.
limits & details:
Only merchandise purchases from our brands are eligible for a 10% rebate. gift card purchases, taxes, shipping charges and other fees are not included in your 10% cash back savings. oriental trade or mindware purchases made on third party sites are not eligible for a 10% refund. all purchases must be made directly from our brands to qualify for a 10% refund.
5% cash back at marketplace retailers
As a member, you can also earn 5% cash back on your purchases at over 1,500 marketplace retailers and save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period by shopping at those retailers.
how to receive 5% cash back through fun rewards+ portal
shop online through the fun rewards+ portal to earn 5% cash back automatically. If you shop at marketplace retail stores outside of the fun rewards+ portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% rebate will not be automatic. however, you can still submit a refund claim for 5% cash back on those purchases.
how to receive 5% cash back outside fun rewards+ portal
You can also earn 5% cash back on purchases in store, online (not through the fun rewards+ portal), by phone, and by mail. simply shop at an eligible marketplace retailer and submit a rebate claim for a 5% cash back. you can submit your rebate claim online from your fun rewards+ account or mail in your rebate claim and proof of purchase instead.
Please note that all refund claims must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase. Once we receive your mail-in rebate form and proof of purchase documentation, we will review your claim. once your claim is approved, we’ll add your refund to your savings. this may take up to 3 weeks from shipment to show in your savings. any mailed claims must be mailed and postmarked by the end of the month to receive a check for those purchases next month. checks are issued on the 15th of each month. for more information, see the “savings” section below.

To qualify for 5% cash back, you must be an active fun rewards+ member at the time of purchase. only purchases made at eligible marketplace retailers qualify for a 5% rebate. 5% cash back is valid on merchandise only. marketplace retailers are subject to change without notice. You can view the current list of eligible retailers by visiting the marketplace from your member account. just click “buy” in your main menu, then “buy market” in the dropdown menu.
When your purchase ships, your earnings will appear on your savings page within 5-7 days. online marketplace retailers labeled “refund required” are not eligible for an automatic 5% rebate. You will need to submit a rebate claim to receive 5% cash back on purchases from these retailers. one purchase per retailer per day is eligible for a 5% rebate. gift card and money order purchases, as well as purchases using a retailer’s bill pay service, are not eligible for a 5% rebate. You can save up to $1,000 each 12-month membership period with 5% cash back on marketplace purchases. additional restrictions may apply for each participating retailer. To view the restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the online marketplace and click to view that retailer’s page. any returned or canceled order will not be eligible for a 5% refund.
shipping refunds and return shipping
You can claim unlimited standard shipping and return shipping refunds on purchases from our brands. You can also claim shipping and return shipping refunds up to $10 per purchase from marketplace retailers. you are eligible for a total of $500 in shipping rebates and $500 in return shipping rebates on marketplace purchases each 12-month membership period. Please note that all refund claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
how to submit a refund claim
Visit your rebate page from your online account to download and print additional rebate forms. You can also request additional reimbursement forms by calling customer service at 800-203-1403.
proof of purchase:
All your refund requests must be submitted with valid proof of purchase documentation. Your proof of purchase documentation must be intact and include the date of purchase, purchase total, items purchased, and shipping and handling charges paid.
Examples of valid proof of purchase include:
- an order confirmation page
- an order confirmation email
- a packing slip
- a purchase receipt
To claim a return shipping refund, you must submit two forms of documentation with your claim: proof of your original purchase and proof of your return shipping charge.

all fun rewards+ savings will appear on your savings page, whether you shop our brands or marketplace retailers. To visit your savings page, log in to your online member account and click “savings” on your main menu.

A check will be mailed on the 15th of each month for all approved qualifying purchases made in the previous month. all mail-in claims must be mailed and postmarked by the end of the month in order to receive a check for those claims next month. For example, if you make a purchase and submit your request for a refund between January 1 and January 31, your check for that purchase will be issued on February 15. if you make a purchase on February 1, your check will be issued on March 15.
If you decide to cancel your membership, you will still have access to your benefits until the end of your monthly period. after canceling, you will receive a check for the indicated remaining balance in your savings.
