Contest open only to Canadian residents who are at least 19 years of age at the time of entry.

1. 5. Prizes/Odds/Prize Restrictions: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive CAD$10,000 in the form of a check payable to the winner. Twelve (12) Secondary Prize winners will each receive a $500 CAD mastercard or visa gift card. the total value of the grand prize and secondary prizes is CAD16,000. prizes are not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash, except as otherwise provided herein, and must be accepted as awarded. no substitution will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize for cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. gift cards are subject to issuer’s terms and conditions and will not be replaced by sponsor if lost or stolen. odds of winning grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period; odds of winning a secondary prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.

6. Winner Selection: Responses to the online survey do not affect an entrant’s ability to enter or win. A random drawing for the grand prize will be held at the Sponsor’s offices around 4:00 p.m. ET on January 30, 2016 in Toronto, onwards, among all eligible entries received.
