Every time you receive a package or envelope, a scanned image of it is uploaded to your account. From there, you can request that we scan the documents inside your envelope and upload them in jpg format. If you need an envelope or package shipped, you can also order it from your account and have it shipped to your overseas location at discounted shipping rates.
Other features that come with your virtual mailbox include the ability to have mail stored for an unlimited amount of time. If you have a scanned item, but want to keep your physical copy at our location, you can store it here for as long as you like. the first 45 to 180 days (depending on the plan you select) are completely free. and if you need to have your mail stored for longer, there will be a very nominal storage fee applied to your account.
You can also take advantage of free features like check deposits. If you anticipate receiving bank checks (social security, business checks, etc.), you can request that we deposit the check in the bank of your choice free of charge.
