STEP 1 Connect your phone and Xbox to the same Wi-Fi network
- Go to Wi-Fi settings and make sure the console and mobile phone are on the same network.
STEP 2 Turn on Remote Features
- Go to your Xbox’s general settings. Press “Device & Connections”.
- Then press “Remote Features”.
- Check the “Enable Remote Features” box.
- Then go to the box it says “Power Mode”. Set this box to “Instant On”.
