1. go to settings.
2. select the phone option.
3. select change mail from voice password.
4. enter the current password and touch done.
5. enter the new password and touch done .
   • Your voicemail password must be between seven and fifteen digits (numbers only). for a stronger password, don’t use consecutive digits (for example, 2580123) or simple sequences (for example, 2345678).

   1. access cricket’s visual voicemail app.
   2. tap menu.
   3. tap settings.
   4. touch password: Manage your visual voicemail password.
   5. enter the current password.
   6. enter the new one password.
