are you expecting a packet?
search by surname. search results can be narrowed by entering last name, first name. be sure to put a comma and a space between the two names. the list is updated every hour to the quarter hour, starting at 10:15 a.m. m. from Monday to Friday.
please note: all packages must come from a carrier such as usps, ups, fedex or dhl. Campus Post does not accept food deliveries from vendors like Instacart or Doordash.
Also note: Delivery notifications received from a carrier do not always mean that your package has been processed in the campus post office. You will receive an email notification from cms when it is available for collection. the search tool below can be used to check if the package has been processed by cms and is available for pickup.

Please note that small items will be placed in drop boxes. larger items will be logged and you will receive an email notifying you that you have a package.
window services
Postage sales are provided at no additional cost to the University community for the personal use of faculty, staff, and students. Because postage is sold at face value, services are limited to the following:
- First Class Mail
- Flat Rate Priority Mail (customers may bring packages with shipping labels)
- International Mail: Documents Only (less than one pound )
please note:
- cash only. we cannot accept checks, credit or debit cards.
- maximum of 10 pieces per customer per day. large shipments can be handled by a mailing house or using click-n-ship by usps or stamps.com.
- all outgoing mail must have a return address.
- Mail supplies are available for customer use. other supplies (tape, boxes, padded envelopes, bubble wrap, envelopes, etc.) can be purchased.
mail delivery
mail is delivered to campus offices and residence halls at 11am. m. from Monday to Friday.
- Business mail (outgoing and intra-campus) may be deposited in the library tower mailbox. daily pickup before 1 p.m. for evening processing.
- business mail is accepted at any time in the cms mail room. small amounts of mail will be posted on the day of delivery, as long as they are received in the cms before 2:15 p.m. m. larger shipments will take longer to process.
- pickup times are posted at all drop-off slots in the residence mail rooms. these deliveries close at 8 a.m. m. the last day of classes of each semester. mail placed in these deliveries after that time will not be picked up until the beginning of the next semester.
- usps drop boxes located on the south side of university union near the bus stop. Pickup times are published and maintained by USPS. do not use these boxes for on-campus mail. there is a mailbox inside the campus in the cms lobby.
mail collection
- A valid binghamton university ID card is required to pick up packages. we do not accept other forms of identification
- a student may retrieve a package for a friend as long as the following conditions are met:
- the owner of the package must print the email notice of the item they want to pick up.
- the tracking number must match both in the email and on the package.
- The owner of the package must write in the notice: I give permission to (name of student) to pick up this item for me.
- The owner of the package must sign and date the notice.
- The friend will bring the notice and their own binghamton university ID to the package collection window
