With Chrome, Web services can ask if they want to use them to open certain links. Although most links usually take you to another page, some links can open programs and perform other actions. Many web services, including Gmail and Google Calendar, can now be used as managers.

You can also use Google Calendar. Its options are similar to those of Gmail, except that you can use Google Calendar to open Webcal links. Service managers in Chrome are enabled by default. You can disable or reactivate them from the Chrome Settings menu. That’s how we do it.
