Skype seems to be hiding World Unlimited packages and depending on where you live the screen actually changes. You have to do some digging around on the internet to find World Unlimited now days.
I found this link to lead me to World Unlimited by reading a blog.

But where I live in Tokyo I never see this screen when I check subscriptions. I get this one:

Seems you have to change the URL to get the correct subscriptions. It seems each country has a different screen when searching for World Unlimited subscriptions.

On top of that scam like way of doing business.. take a closer look at the subscription page. The package is called Mobiles and Landlines Unlimited Mins…. yet atthe bottom of the banner it says“¥1/min if you use 2000 mins per month”
