Open or save attachments

The attachment previews that come with the version of office 2007 are turned on by default. If you don’t want to use some or all of the attachment viewers, follow these steps to disable them.

1. In Outlook, on the Tools menu, click Trust Center, and then click Trust Management. attachments.

   • To disable all attachment previews, click disable attachment preview.

     To disable a specific attachment preview, click Attachment and document previews, clear the checkbox for the preview you want to disable, and then click accept.

     To turn them on, click to select disable attachment preview or specific attachment preview options,
