    1. what information does the site collect?

    (a) information you provide us

    On the Site, we or our service providers may ask you to provide certain types of information such as: (1) personally identifiable information, which is information that personally identifies you, such as your first and last name, email address, address, credit card number and telephone number (“personal information”); and (2) demographic information, such as information about your gender and age (“demographic information”).     • recognition technologies. technologies, including probability enforcement statistics to data sets, which attempt to recognize or make assumptions about users and devices (eg, that a user from multiple devices is the same user).
    • identification technologies GPS (global positioning systems) software, geographic filtering, and other location-aware technologies locate you (sometimes precisely) or make assumptions about your location, for purposes such as verifying your location and deliver or restrict content based on your location.     (e) information you provide about a third party

    you can send another person a communication from the site, such as sending an invitation to a friend. if so, the information you provide (names, email addresses, mobile phone number, etc.) is used to facilitate communication and we do not use it for any other marketing purposes, unless we obtain that person’s consent or we explicitly state otherwise. Please note that when you use any send-a-friend features on our site, your email address, mobile phone number, name or username, and message may be included in the communication sent to your recipient(s). .

    (f) california/delaware do not track disclosures

    various third parties are developing or have developed signals or other mechanisms for the expression of consumer choice with respect to the collection of information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across websites or services in third-party line (for example, the browser does not track signals). Currently, we do not monitor or take any action regarding these signals or other mechanisms.

Where this personal information or demographic information is considered sensitive, you expressly consent to our processing this information for recruitment purposes by submitting it to us.

    3. How and when do we disclose information to third parties?

    We may share non-personal information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties. In addition, we may share your device identifiers with third parties along with data related to you and your activities. In addition, we may share your personal information with third parties with whom we have marketing or other relationships for our marketing purposes. however, we do not share consumer personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. this includes personal information collected through our short code program. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request additional information about this Exchange, so please see Section 4 below. In addition, we may share the information we have collected about you, including personal information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information and as described below or otherwise in this privacy policy. We may disclose your information as follows:

    (a) when you request information or provide information to third parties. You may be presented with an option on our site to receive certain information and/or marketing offers directly from third parties or to have we send certain information to third parties or give them access to it. if you choose to do so, your personal information and other information may be disclosed to those third parties and all information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policies and practices of those third parties. We are not responsible for third party technologies or activities arising from them. however, some may offer you certain choices regarding their practices, and the information we have been made aware of regarding such choices is available in section 6 below. We are not responsible for the effectiveness or compliance of third-party opt-out choices.

    For online payments via credit, debit, apple pay, amazon pay, paypal, venmo, and/or automated clearing house (ach) payments, we use stripe’s third-party payment services (https://stripe. com) and braintree payments (https://www.braintreepayments.com). to simplify the ordering process for you on your next order, we save the last four digits of your credit card, the expiration date of your credit card, the type of credit card, your first and last name, your shipping address and billing, and a token identifier to match your information to your full credit card number, which is stored by our payment services. We do not store your full credit card number or your cvv2 number (the 3-4 digit security code on your card). We do not have access to your full credit card number, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay details stored by Stripe or Braintree payments.     (c) administrative and legal reasons. We may access, use, retain, transfer, and disclose your information (including device identifiers and personal information) to third parties: (i) to comply with any law, regulation, subpoenas, government requests, or legal process if, in our good faith opinion, required or permitted by law; (ii) to protect and/or uphold the Site’s Terms of Service or other policies applicable to the Site, including investigation of possible violations thereof; (iii) to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of the Site or any third party; and/or (iv) to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues. In addition, we may use IP address or other device identifiers to identify users, and we may do so in cooperation with third parties, such as copyright owners, Internet service providers, wireless service providers, and/or Internet enforcement agencies. law, including disclosure of such information to third parties. parties, all at our discretion, subject to applicable law. such disclosures may be made without notice.

    (d) affiliates and business transfer. We may share your information, including your device identifiers and personal information, demographic information, and usage information with our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the applicable site or database; or (ii) in connection with a merger, consolidation, restructuring, sale of substantially all of our interests and/or assets, or other corporate change, including during the course of any due diligence process.

    (e) sweepstakes, contests, and promotions. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “promotion”) through the Site that may require registration. by participating in a promotion, you agree to the official rules governing that promotion, which may contain specific requirements for you, including allowing the promotion sponsor to use your name, voice, and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the promotion.     4. your california privacy rights

    This section applies to any California resident about whom we have collected personal information from any source, including through your use of our site or by corresponding with us electronically, in paper correspondence, or in person. all defined terms in the ccpa have the same meaning when used in this section 4. this section only applies to non-california residents, as required by applicable state law in your state of residence.

    (c) categories of personal information we may share and with whom we may share it. this section describes the categories of personal information we may share, including personal information we have shared in the last twelve ( 12) months, and the parties with whom we can share it. We may share your personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy or as permitted or required by law. We do not sell personal information and have not sold personal information in the last twelve (12) months.

      • personal information we collect from or about you when you apply for or obtain a product or service for personal, family or household purposes;
      • personal information about communications or transactions with you when you are acting in name of a media or government agency to do business with us; and
      • personal information sold or purchased from a consumer reporting agency for use in a consumer report in accordance with applicable law.

      You may also authorize someone to exercise the above rights on your behalf, as long as we can verify that person is authorized to act on your behalf. If we have collected information about your minor child, you may exercise the above rights on behalf of your minor child. the foregoing rights are subject to our being able to reasonably verify your identity and authority to make these requests. these rights are also subject to various exclusions and exceptions under applicable law. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for data access or portability twice within a twelve (12) month period. the consumer’s verifiable request must:

      • provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
      • describe your request in sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond.

      We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the identity of the requester or the authority to make the request. If you are a customer, you can verify your identity through your account login. if you are not a customer, you can verify your identity by submitting certain non-sensitive identifiers. To help protect the security of your personal information, we may use a third-party service provider to verify your information, which may include receiving a one-time password via text message. By submitting your mobile phone number for identity verification, you agree to receive text messages for this purpose. if you are an authorized agent, you can verify your own identity by submitting certain non-sensitive identifiers. To help protect the security of your personal information and the personal information you are requesting, we may use a third-party service provider to verify your information, which may include receiving a one-time password via text message. By submitting your mobile phone number for identity verification, you agree to receive text messages for this purpose. As an authorized agent, you may also be required to submit a legally sufficient power of attorney designating you to act on behalf of the owner of the personal information you are requesting. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

      • the categories of personal information we collect about you.
      • the categories of sources of the personal information we collect about you.
      • our business or commercial purpose for collecting or sell that personal information.

      We may deny your deletion request if we or our service providers need to retain personal information to:

      • complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service you requested, take action reasonably anticipated in the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or perform our contract with you.
      • detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
      • debug products to identify and repair bugs that impair existing intended functionality.
      • exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided by law.
      • comply with the privacy law of California Electronic Communications (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.).
      • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other ethics and applicable privacy policies, when deletion of information may like may make impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the research, if you previously provided your informed consent.
      • allow only internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the user’s expectations consumer based on your relationship with us.
      • comply with a legal obligation.
      • make other internal and legal uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provide it tioned.

      We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. if we require more time (up to ninety (90) days), we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing. if you have an account with us, we will send our written response to that account. if you do not have an account with us, we will send you our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosure we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period prior to receipt of the consumer’s verifiable request. the response we provide will also explain the reasons why we cannot comply with a request, if any. For data portability requests, we will select a format for providing your personal information that is easily usable and allows you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

      We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will let you know why we made that decision and provide you with an estimated cost before completing your request.

      (f) non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. unless permitted by applicable law, do not:

      • deny you goods or services.
      • charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including by granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
      • provide a different level or quality of goods or services.
      • suggests that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

      5. your privacy rights in nevada

      Although we do not sell your personal information now as defined by Nevada law, meundies reserves the right to sell personal information to third parties in the future. nevada s.b.220 allows nevada residents to opt out of the sale of their personal information now in the event we change our policy in the future. If you are a resident of Nevada, we want you to know that you have choices and that you may opt out of the sale of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@meundies.com. this may prevent or restrict your use of the site in the future.

      6. advertisements and information about you

      Data about your online activities is collected on our site to provide advertising tailored to your individual interests. we may use third parties, such as network advertisers and ad exchanges, to serve ads across the internet and we may use third party analytics service providers to evaluate and provide us and/or third parties with information about the use of these ads on third party websites and visualization. of advertisements and our content. Third parties may offer you a choice as to whether or not to collect your information for that purpose. this section of the privacy policy provides details and explains how to exercise that choice.

      You may see certain advertisements on our site, as well as on other third-party websites across the Internet, as we participate in ad networks run by third parties. these networks track your online activities over time and across third-party websites by collecting information through automated means, including the use of tracking technologies described elsewhere in this privacy policy, and use this information to show you advertisements (including our advertisements) that are tailored to your individual interests.
