Q: Can I exchange my items online?
A: We are unable to process changes to our online store. however, you can go to your local maurices store and a store associate will help you with a change. You can also return your merchandise through our online returns process and place a new order for the desired items. Please note: You will be charged shipping and handling charges for your new order.
Q: Can I return my store purchase by mail?
A: We are unable to process returns for items that were purchased from your local maurices store in our online warehouse and will refund items if included with an online return. .

The fastest way to obtain a refund for items purchased on maurices.com is to use our express returns portal to select the items you wish to return and return them with the shipping label provided. here are the steps:

To ensure full credit, all products must be returned in good condition and you must provide an online order number for all items being returned. Be sure to include your original packing slip that lists the items you are returning. Please return all packing slips if you are returning multiple items and those that arrived in separate shipments.If you do not have your order number, please contact our customer service for this information, prior to returning the returned package. If possible, pack items securely in the original product packaging.

stick the prepaid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all additional labels from the outside of the package.
Ship your package via UPS or US Mail by handing it over to the mail carrier or taking it to a local USPS or UPS location.
We will process your expedited return, and you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 1-4 days after your package ships.
postage is not required. the flat shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
credit for returned gifts will be issued to the original purchaser, less prepaid return fee.

If you are not using our expedited returns portal option, all return shipping charges must be paid in advance. we can not accept c.o.d. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use ups or insured postal parcel for your return.
Please keep the return tracking number of your returned package to monitor the delivery status.

Q: Can I return a gift?
a: we won’t tell! As long as you have a gift receipt or the original receipt, we can help you return or exchange your items at your local Maurices store. If you don’t have a receipt, but the item is in return condition with tags, we can provide you with a merchandise credit for the actual cost of the items.
