Q: Can I exchange my items online?

A: We are unable to process changes to our online store. however, you can go to your local maurices store and a store associate will help you with a change. You can also return your merchandise through our online returns process and place a new order for the desired items. Please note: You will be charged shipping and handling charges for your new order.

Q: Can I return my store purchase by mail?

A: We are unable to process returns for items that were purchased from your local maurices store in our online warehouse and will refund items if included with an online return. .

The fastest way to obtain a refund for items purchased on maurices.com is to use our express returns portal to select the items you wish to return and return them with the shipping label provided. here are the steps:

  1. To ensure full credit, all products must be returned in good condition and you must provide an online order number for all items being returned. Be sure to include your original packing slip that lists the items you are returning. Please return all packing slips if you are returning multiple items and those that arrived in separate shipments.If you do not have your order number, please contact our customer service for this information, prior to returning the returned package. If possible, pack items securely in the original product packaging.
