a. Acceptance at Customer Addresses: The post accepts items at customer addresses according to the customers’ proposal or the signed contract between two parties. b. Packaging: The mail provides customers with packaging according to customers’ requirements. c. Cash on Delivery: The post office accepts the transportation and delivery of items from the senders, collects the money from the recipients, and returns the money to the senders in cash or through remittances. d. Insured Service: The Post compensates customers based on the stated value when accepting items in the event of loss or damage through the Post’s fault. me. Withdrawal of articles: the courier stops transporting and delivering articles and returns them to the sender, requests the certified service in case of not finishing the delivery time and not being confiscated or destroyed according to the legal norms. F. correct service recipient name and address postal items may be sent to a recipient/address other than the recipient/address shown on the postal items. this service applies only to registered mail that is not exhausted end-to-end and is not confiscated or destroyed in accordance with the law. cash on delivery: the post office delivers the items and collects additional charges according to the contracts signed with the recipients/senders. gram. inquiries, compensation
1. consultation time a. six (06) months from the final date of the transit time of the article for loss, delay against the published transit time; If the transit time is not published, the term will be computed from the time of acceptance. b. one (01) month from the date the item was delivered to the recipient for damage, postage and related inquiries 2. treatment of queries a. for domestic service: 2 months from the acceptance of the consultation. b. for international service: 3 months from the acceptance of the consultation. 3. compensation regulation. – in case of loss, damage or change of all content: compensation for damages will be determined according to the limitation of liability to pay damages for all customer service that was used. – in case of loss, damage or partial exchange, compensation will be based on the actual damage but will not exceed the limit of liability for all damages that applies to the services that customers have used, unless the post office and the client has other agreements. – limit of liability for compensation issued by vietnam post in accordance with the level of compensation granted by the relevant authorities. – Compensation is paid in Vietnam Dong, payment is made once unless the post office and the customer have other agreements. – compensation is paid to the sender, unless otherwise agreed; in case of partial loss, damage the recipient agrees to accept the rest, compensation will be paid to the recipients; compensation for direct damage is made on the basis of supply contracts and the use of postal services. Compensation for indirect damages outside the contract or beneficiaries is not obtained because the postal service does not reach the quality agreed by both parties. 4. the amount of compensation – in case of loss, damage or exchange of the entire content: the amount of compensation will be equal to 4 times the postage when sent (including VAT) as long as the sender provides the necessary document that prove the value of the item (invoice, receipt…). – in case of loss or damage of a part of the content of the articles, the maximum compensations apply as follows: compensation amount = (the percentage of the quantity lost or damaged content) x (compensation amount in case of loss or damage). Note: The percentage of the quantity lost or content damaged is verified based on the report identified by the shipper. – in the event that the items are misdirected from the post, the customer receives the service returned free of charge and a compensated amount of the service paid (including VAT).
