- Press the home button
- Scroll to “Settings”
- SELECT the remote control icon
- Hold buttons 7 and 9 together for about 5-10 seconds
- Click pair the remote to Altice One
- Press the pair remote icon
A confirmation message appears if the steps are successful.
Please note that the remote will only work with the Altice One Mini or Altice One it is connected to.
You cannot use the same remote associated with the first box if you have multiple boxes at home.
