Print labels for your mailing list

With your address list set up in an excel spreadsheet, you can use word mail merge to create mailing labels. make sure your data is error-free and formatted consistently.

We will use a wizard menu to print your labels. go to mails > start mail merge > step-by-step mail merge wizard.

  1. in the mail merge menu, select tags.

    select initial document > label options to choose the size of your label. choose your label providers and product number. You will find the product number on your package of labels. select ok.

    choose select recipients > browse to load the mailing list. select your mailing list table then ok > good.

    select organize your tags > address block to add recipient information. select ok. to replicate the first tag, select update all tags.

    select preview your tags to edit details like spacing between paragraphs.

    select complete progress. choose print > fine> ok to print your labels.

    go to file > save if you want to save your document.
