How to create an email group in Gmail
Step 1: Open Google Contacts to create a group
Before If you can create a Gmail group, you’ll need to open Google Contacts. You can do this by going to contacts.google.com or by opening the Google Contacts app on your mobile device. You’ll see a list of all your contacts here.
If you don’t have any contacts saved, don’t worry! Just go to the “Frequently Contacted” page and you should see those you email frequently.
Step 2: Choose the contacts you want to add
Now you need to decide which contacts you want to add to your group. You can select them manually by clicking the checkbox next to each name or you can use the search bar at the top of the screen to find specific contacts.
Once you have selected all the contacts you want to add, click the “Manage Tags” button at the top of the screen. This will open a new window where you can create a label for your group. This is what you will use to send an email to your group.
Step 4: Name the group and save it
Give your group a name and click the “Save” button. This will add the tag to all the contacts you selected. Now, you can close this window.
Step 5: How to add contacts to a group in Gmail
