The hoverboard will not respond to Bluetooth pairing.

Make sure both the hoverboard and the device you are trying to connect to have bluetooth turned on. The hoverboard will automatically turn on bluetooth, but it will turn off after two minutes without connection. To connect a device after two minutes, turn the hoverboard off and on again. If the connection is still unsuccessful, please disconnect the hoverboard from your device’s bluetooth device list, and then reconnect it.

If your device does not connect to your hoverboard, the hoverboard may not have enough charge. Charge the hoverboard and reconnect it.

Bluetooth pairing may not succeed if the two devices are out of range. Make sure the device you are trying to pair with is within three feet of the hoverboard. Once the devices are within pairing range, reconnect your device to the hoverboard.

The hoverboard may not connect to your device if too many devices are already connected. The Hover-1 Horizon can pair up to two devices at once. If the connection is unsuccessful, make sure to disconnect all previously connected devices and try again.

The hovercraft is unbalanced or tilts to one side while driving.
