* does not apply to first class mail and media.

We suggest you review your shipping process to keep your largest packages in the smallest box possible to avoid these surcharges. and when sending packages, select large package.

* calculating the cubic dimensions of your packages is not difficult. a 1 foot by 1 foot square package is 1 cubic foot. a 2 foot by 2 foot square package is 2 cubic feet. a 2 cubic foot box is quite large and much larger than most packages that are shipped. For boxes that are not square, measure the length, width, and height of your box in inches. Multiply the length, width, and height, and then divide that total by 1,728. that is the exact cubic dimension of your package.
