my card was compromised twice and the funds were not returned; despite sending all the documentation. this parasite of a financial institution has preyed on disabled and mentally challenged customers who can’t wait two hours or older customers who just give up. A class action lawsuit must be launched so that customers who have been legitimately taken advantage of/have their funds returned to them and the culprits are exposed and spend the next millennium behind bars while making debit cards!
