file storage

if we’re talking about basic plans, then microsoft 365 is a clear winner here: you get a generous 1tb of storage with the ‘business basic’ plan, which compares very positively to the 30gb plus quite insignificant from google in their ‘commercial initiation’ plan.

While not exactly a productivity suite in the “normal” sense, the design tool canva increasingly provides some of the features of 365 and the workspace to its users.

Although traditionally seen as an app for creating infographics and social ads, you can actually use canva to create sophisticated documents, graphics, presentations, and simple websites as well, and multiple collaborators can work on them.
