submit your legal requests through the law enforcement request system (lers). the system requires each user to register for a unique account to submit legal requests. sign up for an account at https://support.google.com/legal-investigations/contact/lers
emergency disclosure request (edr): to submit an emergency disclosure request (edr) regarding a situation involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury and the normal process disclosure is insufficient to address the threat, please download this form <https://storage.googleapis.com/support-kms-prod/pjjlguwauy5yjxwhdwapvomf4nfimle2qyzk>, fill it out completely, have it signed by a sworn government official, and send it via Your Law Enforcement Request System (LERS) counts. If you don’t have an lers account or are having trouble submitting through lers, please email the form to emergencyrecords@google.com. Where applicable, provide us with evidence of the threat, such as a YouTube or Blogger Live URL, or a copy of a Gmail message with full message headers https://support.google.com/mail/answer/29436. this information is important to help us determine if the threat in question actually originated from the requested account. If the searched google account was identified by a third-party provider, please provide a copy of the provider’s output or include a list of other identifiers (name, phone number, ip address, etc.)
many providers use unverified email addresses and therefore this other information will help process your edr. if you are submitting this form outside of normal business hours (9 a.m. as submissions are only reviewed during normal business hours.
