The company used to offer free samples by product type (panels only, tampons only, or pads only), but changed its programs to address women’s specific issues, such as:

non-profit organizations
10. lola tampons via support for girls
lola tampons encourages people to purchase donation kits (including pads, sanitary pads, tampons, cleansing pads, or condoms) on their website. All these donations will then be sent to the non-profit organization, Support for Girls.
11. alliance for vintage supplies
the alliance for menstrual supplies is a u by kotex sponsored organization. coordinates between businesses and recipients by helping to collect and distribute supplies for the period to those who need them. Anyone who needs period products can text 211 or visit 211.org to find a place that offers free tampons and pads.
12. bleed without
The sample request form is simple. just fill out the form with your name, email address, preferred product (either menstrual cup or period underwear), and desired size of your choice of free feminine hygiene products by mail.
then all you have to do is wait for the reusable products to arrive.
13. she provides
This Texas-based organization directs volunteers to host porch parties, a house-to-house event where donations of feminine hygiene products are accepted.

This nonprofit organization ships menstrual hygiene kits to people across the country. As the first black-led organization with a focus on menstrual health education, advocacy, and access, #happyperiod supports women, teens, veterans, lgbtq, non-binary, and anyone who is homeless, low-income, or living in the poverty.

many states such as illinois, washington, new york, new hampshire, virginia and oregon have legislation supporting hb 3614 (menstrual fairness for all act of 2021). With this law, school districts are required to provide free menstrual products to all menstruating students in public schools, including elementary, middle, and high school students.
Some schools also have programs that support women’s need for hygiene products. for example, ucon’s “campus cup” program focused on “fighting plastics” and educating women about the use and benefits of menstrual cups. A similar program (the Project Extravaganza) from the Arizona Office of Sustainability also provides an in-depth seminar, survey, and free menstrual cups and other reusable items on campus.
