How long does the delivery process take?

International First Class Mail takes an average of 14-28 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery. delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

How are business days determined?

We recommend using the business day calculator, which can be helpful in easily determining the number of business days between two dates. Please note that the “start date” must be the day after your order is shipped.

Why is my tracking “stuck” on the same update?

If your tracking says something along the lines of “Arrived at USPS Regional Facility in Los Angeles CA International Distribution Center”, that indicates your order left the US. uu. and is in transit to your country. Once your order clears customs in your country, there will be a customs clearance scan depending on your country.

customs processing

The time it will take for a package to clear customs varies greatly depending on the amount of mail entering customs in the destination country at that time. processing time can vary from a few business days to a few weeks. nothing can be done to speed up this process.

tracking

First Class Mail International does not offer door-to-door tracking and is not typically updated once the package leaves the United States. Some countries (listed below) will update the tracking after the customs clearance event, but this is not guaranteed.

We are unable to open a claim with the carrier until 45 business days after the date of shipment.

It is important to note that First Class Mail is not a guaranteed service, which means that the average delivery time of 14-28 business days is an estimate based on the average delivery time to different countries.
