Revealed: Two Michigan school officials have been placed on leave after they did nothing after meeting with school shooter Ethan Crumbleley about his disturbing drawings on the day he killed four students

  • employees nicholas ejak, former dean of students, and shawn hopkins, counselor, have left the school but will continue to work with the district
  • an attorney Leading the lawsuit, Ven Johnson, called these actions an attempt to cover up responsibility for failing to stop the shooting
  • Ejak and Hopkins met with then-15- Ethan Crumbleley,
  • Crumbley supposedly convinced them that the drawings were for a video game and his parents refused to take him home, local prosecutors said
  • the lawsuit against the district also alleges ejak briefly had crumbley’s backpack containing a handgun and 48 rounds of ammunition in his possession
