what confirmation will I receive from cheaptickets once my reservation is complete?

once you have completed your reservation through cheaptickets, a “reservation confirmation” email will be sent to the email address you provided during your reservation. the “reservation confirmation” email is usually received within an hour of the completion of your reservation. Once your credit card has been authorized by your credit card company and tickets have been issued, you will receive a “ticket confirmation” email. this email will provide you with the ticket numbers associated with your reservation, as well as a complete summary of your reservation. credit card authorization and other cheaptickets security checks may take up to 24 hours from the time the reservation is completed.

note: Please note that some email accounts may send the cheaptickets “booking confirmation” and/or “ticket confirmation” email to your “spam” folder ” or “spam”. some tickets do not allow any changes, even with a fee. some types of changes are not allowed on tickets. here are some general restrictions:

  • You may not change the name on an airline ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use.

  • Some airlines will not allow ticket reuse if the original reservation was not canceled prior to the original departure date.

In order to process your exchange request accurately, cheaptickets.sg has the following time requirements:

  • for changes to electronically issued tickets, cheaptickets.sg requires a minimum of 4 days prior to the original/new departure date to facilitate changes.
  • for changes to paper issued tickets prior to the change in airline policy, cheaptickets requires a minimum of 10 days prior to the original/new departure date. this additional time is necessary to allow paper tickets to be returned to cheaptickets for changes and then shipped back once changes have been completed. all shipments must be made via a traceable delivery service and are at the customer’s expense.
