answer: no way!
If your friends can’t or won’t participate in helping you when you’re about to bring a new human into your life, that’s their prerogative. without worries.
but for the people who do it, why put so many restrictions on things? Let’s love the growing family in the way they need it.
If a baby shower isn’t feasible, why get nasty with words like “tacky” and make everyone feel bad?
be excited for this new baby to join us in the world and be thankful that you are loved enough to be on the guest list.
