The Admin Console Dashboard is the first thing you’ll see as soon as you log in to the Zoho Mail Admin Console. it is the culmination of important data that your administrator might need at their disposal. You can enable or disable widgets on your dashboard, including data on your organization’s email traffic statistics, user summary, storage reports, security, and help documentation for an infographic view for better understanding.

In addition, you can also view information such as your organization’s super administrator email address, subscription plan, payment due cycle (annual or monthly), renewal date, and the number of licenses you own along with the number of domains, users and groups configured in general.

customize your dashboard

You can customize your admin console panel to enable or disable certain widgets based on your requirements. to enable or disable the widget of your choice,

  1. log in to zoho mail administration console and navigate to the panel
  2. click the panel customization icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. to enable any disabled widget, go to the disabled section and then toggle the switch.
  4. to disable any enabled widget, go to the enabled section strong> and then change the change.

You can also rearrange the widgets by dragging and dropping them to the position you see fit.

email traffic statistics

You can view the total number of emails sent and received by your organization along with a breakdown of the number of incoming emails, the number of received emails classified as spam, and the number of outgoing emails. you can view this information as a graph to better understand your traffic statistics. For user data on your organization’s email traffic, see the Email Statistics section in the Reports section of your admin console.

You can view the statistics graph of a particular period of time by clicking the drop-down and choosing from the list of options.

storage reports

The storage reporting widget can be used to get a snapshot view of the top 10 members who used the most storage in your organization. The bar chart will also show a breakdown of the storage used for your email, including your pop and imap accounts, email retention, and email backup. see this page to learn how zoho mail calculates storage.

You can also view detailed information on storage concerning every user in your organization in the Storage details section available under your Admin Console Reports or by clicking View detailed report.

security

In the Security widget of your Dashboard, you can view information such as the number of your organization’s accounts that had suspicious login, and the number of domains with MX, SPF, and DKIM configuration among the domains you added to your organization.

user summary

In the Users Summary widget, the number of active and inactive users among the ones present in your organization. You can also view a pie chart representation of the same to get a bird’s eye view of the ratio. You can also view a culmination of information such as the last login time, TFA status, group memberships, status, and more of every user in the User Summary section under the Admin Console Reports.

resources

You’d like to access certain help documentation or FAQs instantly without having to search a different site. in such cases, you can use the resources widget to access important documentation and other resources you may need instantly.

For an advanced dashboard and more consolidated data about your organization, access the reporting sections of your management console.

user profile

The user profile section can be accessed by clicking the display image in the upper right corner of the interface. provides a set of options to manage your management console. you can see the display name, primary email address and user id in the user profile section. my account and log out options are also available here. if you click on my account, you will be redirected to your zoho accounts page. clicking logout will log you out of your account.

You can perform the following actions from the user profile section of the administration console:

  • change your display image
  • switch between day and night mode
  • select a preferred theme
  • download mobile apps

To change your display image, click on the avatar in the upper right corner of the administration console and follow the procedure indicated in the change your profile image section.

zoho mail provides the option to switch between day and night modes to achieve optimal screen brightness based on your requirements. click the night mode toggle button to switch between day/night modes. In addition to day and night modes, you can also choose a preferred theme. select the dark or light theme for the left panel, and then select one of the available colors (red, green, blue, or yellow).

The mobile applications section under the user profile shows the list of mobile applications with which you can use zoho mail. Clicking on each icon will redirect you to the respective app’s download page.
