Unlike your trusty wall or desk calendar that’s always on display, an online calendar can be distributed across multiple sites and devices. To complicate things a bit more, some calendars are hidden somewhere within a set of tools. While finding these calendars isn’t too complicated, it’s certainly possible to get lost in all this confusion. but don’t be afraid. Here are the ways you can find your calendar on the top calendar providers, and also some (101 calendar hacks) you’ll want to check out as well.
google calendar
Accessing your google calendar couldn’t be easier. there are several different ways to access your calendar as long as you have an account.
The first would be to type “google calendar” into your web browser. however, you could probably just type “calendar” to land on the same page because the big g already knows which specific calendar she wants to target. if she is already logged in, she will go directly to her calendar. easy, right?
another way would be to open gmail and click on google apps; It’s in the right corner of the page next to your account information. when you do, you will see all your google apps including google calendar. just click the calendar icon and that’s it.
For mobile users, you’ll want to download the Google Calendar app. It is available on both android and ios. if you are new to calendar, you can find your google calendar as follows:
- by clicking on your account name in the right corner. that will take you to your settings.
- under “settings”, you should see “connected calendars”; it’s between “notifications” and billing”.
- tap “calendar” and a list of calendars that have been connected with calendar will appear.
- if you signed in with your google account , your google calendar will automatically sync with the calendar.
microsoft office 365 calendar
The Office 365 Calendar is included as part of your Office 365 account. And just like Google, there are a couple of ways you can access your Calendar.
The first is by typing “outlook” into your browser and logging into your account. look for the small grid icon in the left corner. Clicking that will take you to your office 365 calendar, where you can see your schedule, add events, and share it with others.
if you use bing, there is an easier method. go to the top of your page and select “online office”. Using “office online” will open a dropdown menu where you can find all your microsoft applications, including your calendar.
Unfortunately, there is no mobile app for the Office 365 calendar. The good news is that you can access your calendar through the Outlook email app. Or, you can export the calendar and import it into a calendar that offers a mobile app like Google or Apple Calendar.

apple calendar
unlike google and microsoft, apple has made finding your calendar as convenient as possible. If you’re a Mac user, the calendar should be waiting patiently in the dock at the bottom of your screen. it doesn’t get any easier than that.
PC users don’t have it so easy. but you can find your apple calendar by visiting www.icloud.com. by logging into your account and clicking the calendar icon. On the other hand, since there is no android or windows app, mobile users can only access their apple calendar using this technique.
Speaking of apps, if you have an iPhone, Apple Calendar is already installed on your phone. just enable icloud and you’ll be up and running. Better yet, it will sync your calendar across all your devices so you never run into a scheduling conflict. you can also pull data from google calendar, microsoft exchange, yahoo and any other caldav calendar by selecting “accounts”, checking the calendar providers you want to add and entering your login information for that specific calendar.
just like microsoft and google, apple calendar can be found under “connected calendars” in your calendar settings. The main difference, however, is that when you sync with your Apple Calendar, you’ll need to create an app-specific password.
zoho calendar
as part of the zoho mail suite platform, you have the added benefit of using zoho calendar. it’s relatively similar to the “big 3” in that you can create and manage multiple calendars, subscribe to new or cool calendars, share it with others, and sync with google or microsoft calendars.
To access your zoho calendar, you will need to login to zoho mail, navigate to “settings” and click “calendar”. here change your settings, create new entries, set up your work week and add new calendars.
for mobile device users, zoho calendar can be accessed through the zoho mail app, which works for both android and ios.
yahoo calendar
If you still have a proud yahoo mail account, you’ll find the yahoo calendar right in your inbox. go to your account through a web browser and click on the calendar icon. It’s at the top-right of the page.
since there is no dedicated application for yahoo calendar, you will need to sync it with an application that supports caldav and ical formats, such as google calendar and apple calendar. If you’re using Google, you’ll need to first export your Yahoo Calendar and then import it into your Google Calendar. the process is much easier with apple as you need to add your yahoo account as explained in the apple calendar section above.
calendar
calendly is not your run-of-the-mill calendar tool. is meant to take care of all your scheduling needs by letting you choose your availability. then block these times in your google calendar, outlook, office 365 or icloud. locking means it works with your existing calendar instead of being a standalone calendar.

For anyone who wants to keep their family organized, cozi is a must-have tool. simply go to www.cozi.com in your browser and go to “calendar” to see your family’s schedule or add a new appointment. however, you will need to sign up for a free account first.
There is also a mobile app for iphone, android and windows users. In the app, go to “calendar” to manage and view your calendar. It also integrates with other leading calendars like Google, Apple, and Outlook 365. You’ll need to subscribe to these calendars. also, it should be noted that you cannot make any changes to them in cozi as they are read-only.
team up
If you’re working with a team, teamup is a solid platform for creating and sharing calendars like a daily planner or employee work schedule. you can even create a calendar in less than a minute without registering. just visit the site and click “create calendar” on the top right. or download the app for ios or android.
If you create multiple calendars, you can see them all on the same page. and you can also access your other calendar through a calendar feed or by exporting and importing them as a team.
george calendar
As with almost all other calendars, you can access your free jorte calendar by logging into your account from your browser. If you merge with Google, Apple, or Yahoo, you can also find those calendars in your account. From there, create to-do lists, event calendars, and set reminders.
You can also download the app on the app store and google play so you can access your calendar wherever and whenever you want.
30 boxes
I would say this is the simplest. after all, there is no app for 30 boxes. And, the only way to view and manage your calendar is by logging into your account from your web browser, but there is a way to view your calendar without internet access. Like I said, there are no hoops or multiple steps if you want to check your 30-box calendar.
