- It may take 1-3 business days to process an order. We generally fulfill orders as soon as possible on the same or next business day before 5:00 p.m.

- Standard shipping time is 3-6 days. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. although we will definitely do our best!

- We offer our customers the possibility to choose a delivery date. this is not the date the recipient will receive the order, this is the date we will attempt to ship the product.

- If you are going to a business address, we cannot control whether the order is delivered on the weekend or outside of business hours. you must contact usps with your tracking number on this.

how do i put an image on a potato?
- You will have to choose between a face potato or a full photo potato. on the product page you will have the option to upload a photo where it says “choose file”
Do I need to crop my photo before uploading it?

no, you don’t need to crop the photo! we will do this as we fulfill the product.
Potato with a face: If you buy a potato with a face, we will crop the photo for you.
photo: If you choose a full photo potato, we will not crop the photo. this is meant to be like a postcard.
When will my order arrive?

orders are processed in 1-3 business days and shipping time is approximately 3-6 business days.
We cannot guarantee that the package will arrive on a certain day, but you can try to schedule it as close as possible.
Can I schedule a shipment?

sure you can. on the product page, you can click ship ASAP or schedule a ship date.
ship as soon as possible means that we will fulfill that order in 1 to 3 days to be shipped.
If you are trying to plan for a certain recipient date, you can schedule knowing that our shipping time is approximately 3-7 = 6 days, depending on the volume of the postal service and the location of your recipient.
On scheduled shipments, we will try to complete the order on your desired date, but sometimes it can fall within the 1-3 day processing time frame.
Whose shipping address and email address do I enter at checkout?
- We will also never display your email. That is why it is very important to enter your email and the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. if you want the person to know it’s you, just write your name in the message. eg “I love it, jake r”.
Can my message be anonymous?

yes, you can! if you want the message to be anonymous, just don’t give any hint that the potato was yours. i.e. don’t write your name in the message!
Please note that we do not send harassing, threatening or hateful messages. we read all messages and will ask you to change it if we think it is not a friendly message. If someone sends us an email feeling harassed about a potato they received, we may reveal the identity of the potato to avoid conflict with ourselves and the recipient.
Will the person receiving the potato know that I sent it?
- This is completely up to you. requests may or may not be anonymous. We will never display your shipping address as the return address. it will only show our shipping address and the recipient’s address on the package.
Will the potato arrive in a package?

yes, it will. if there is no package, it will arrive damaged to its recipient! We don’t mail potatoes with just stamps. All the packages are protectors so that your potato does not arrive mashed!
You can also upgrade to a box for shipping.
if you upgraded to a burlap sack, it will arrive in an envelope
what types of messages are allowed?
- we allow a variety of funny messages! we also allow profanity. however, we do not allow hateful, harmful, or threatening messages and we will not process orders with messages that have wording like this. in this case, we will cancel your order or ask you to change your message.
what kind of images are allowed?
- we allow a variety of fun images! however, we do not allow nudity of any kind, or images that could be construed as harmful or threatening. if this type of image is uploaded, we will contact you to replace the image with one that complies with our policies.
Do you draw pictures?
- Currently we do not offer drawings, but you can request them in your shopping cart by following special instructions for the seller. our compliance team is not required to draw, but they usually do if requested 🙂
