Step 3: Add your intended recipients to the mail merge. you can upload a csv file that you have created or add the email addresses manually.
Step 4: This part is optional and only if you used a CSV file. Now you must map the columns. Provide a default common value and uncheck the columns you don’t want to import.
Step 5: Add your email copy for this mail merge. activate your email follow-ups for this campaign. you can use email templates that have worked well for responses in the past.
Step 6: Preview the emails in your mail merge. you can also personalize each email if you want to improve success.

If you were to send an email from gmail using the “to” field, each and every recipient would see the email addresses of all other recipients.

step 1. go to the “compose” button and click on it.
Step 2. In the “to” field of the compose window, you must select “bcc”.

Step 4. Add your subject line and body text and click submit.

1. You can only send 500 emails per day; as soon as you hit 500 emails, you’ll have to wait 24 hours before sending more.
