iPhone:
- Begin by downloading and installing the iTOUCH Wearables app from the app store.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Go to your Settings>>Bluetooth>> menu and turn Bluetooth on (if it’s not already on).
- Once you’ve confirmed that Bluetooth is turned on, the iTOUCH Slim. it should appear in your phone’s list of Bluetooth devices as iTOUCH Slim. Select this device to connect.
- A blue BT icon should now appear in the top left corner of your iTOUCH Slim.
- On your phone, open the iTOUCH Wearables app.
- On the home screen of the application, there is a plus sign in the lower right corner. Tap this and you will see a Bluetooth logo. Touch the Bluetooth logo.
- The application search screen will open. Press start to start scanning for devices.
- The iTOUCH Slim will appear in the list of devices. Press on iTOUCH Slim to pair with the app.
- A dialog will appear requesting permission for iTOUCH Slim. Match. Select “Pair”. You will see another dialog box appear that says “Data Sync”.
- The iTOUCH Slim will automatically open the notifier screen.
- Press the power button on your watch to return to the iTOUCH Slim. . time display.
- The Bluetooth logo in the upper left corner of the iTOUCH Slim. the home screen should be half blue and half green, confirming that your Air S is now fully connected.
ANDROID:

- In your phone’s settings, turn Bluetooth on and turn it on to make your phone visible to other devices.
- On your phone, go to Settings >>Bluetooth and select Pair new device. The iTOUCH Slim should appear in your list of devices. Tap on it and it will start pairing. If it asks you to confirm a passcode, you can select OK and your watch will connect.
- Open the iTOUCH Wearables app.
- On the home screen of the app, there is a plus sign in the lower right corner. Tap this and you will see a Bluetooth logo. Touch the Bluetooth logo.
- The application search screen will open. Press start to start scanning for devices.
- The iTOUCH Slim will appear in the list of devices. Press on iTOUCH Slim to pair with the app.

- iTOUCH Slim will automatically open the Notifier screen.

iTOUCH Wearables warrants to the original purchaser that their iTOUCH Wearables device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. Remedies: If such a defect arises and iTOUCH Wearables receives a return authorization within the applicable Warranty Period, iTOUCH Wearables will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, (1) repair the Product without charge, using or refurbished parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. Why won’t my watch fully charge to 100%?

How do I connect my smartwatch with my phone?
To connect and sync your smartwatch with your device, tap ADD from the home page of the app to search for your iTOUCH Slim Smartwatch. From the watch face of your smartwatch, touch and hold the screen for 3 seconds to display the MAC ADDRESS of your iTOUCH Slim. When you pair your smartwatch with the app, make sure the MAC ADDRESS displayed on your smartwatch matches the MAC ADDRESS of the iTOUCH Slim in your app. Once your iTOUCH Slim Smartwatch is connected, it will say “Connected” at the top of the device page. To ensure full connectivity, touch and hold the watch face of your smartwatch. You will see a Bluetooth icon on your tracker when it is paired with your device.
Can I set the time limitations for the Sedentary Reminder feature?
No. This function is active during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m.

On your watch, tap the Home button until you see the Sport Mode feature. Press and hold the home button to open Sport Mode. Touch the home button to scroll through all sports. To select a sport and begin tracking Sport Mode data, press and hold the home button on the screen of the desired sport.

Why isn’t the Sport Mode data on my watch syncing with my watch? my app?
Sports mode data will appear in your app after you have finished your activity. If you end a Sport Mode session before 2 minutes have passed, the data will not be synced to your app. You must log at least 2 minutes of activity in any sport for Sports mode data to appear in your app.

Yes. Your iTOUCH Slim is IP68 waterproof. While swimming, your watch can withstand water up to 30 feet (10 meters) deep for up to 30 minutes. These measurements depend on personal body metrics.

IP68 means your watch is waterproof up to 30 feet (10 meters) for up to 30 minutes . These measurements depend on personal body metrics. If your smartwatch gets wet, we recommend that you remove it until it dries. It is not good for your skin to wear a wet girdle for long periods of time.
Can I go to the beach and swim in salt water with my watch?
No, salt water will corrode the metal of your watch.
Why that won? My alarm clock setting is not saved?
Alarms cannot be set within 2 minutes of the current time. Your alarm clock will only save alarms that are 3 minutes past the current time.
How do I measure my heart rate on my watch?
Keep touching the home button on your watch until that you arrive on the screen with the image of a heart. Then press and hold the home button until your watch vibrates to measure your heart rate. The watch will vibrate after measuring and display your heart rate.
How do I measure my blood oxygen on my watch?
To measure your blood oxygen saturation from your Fitness tracker, navigate to the blood oxygen screen that says “SpO2”. Then, press and hold the Start button until your watch vibrates to start measuring your blood oxygen. When finished, your watch will vibrate again and display your blood oxygen measurement.
How long will my watch stay charged after charging?
Battery life depends on usage . Your smartwatch has a 30-day battery life (standby time). If you use your watch frequently for notifications, sports mode, etc., your watch battery will not last as long.
Can I reset/erase all data on my smartwatch?
No. However, you can turn off your iTOUCH Slim. To power off, tap the home button on your iTOUCH Slim until you reach the Power Off screen. Then press and hold the home button for 3 seconds until the tracker turns off completely.
My watch is not tracking data correctly, what can I do to fix it?
If you can’t sync your iTOUCH Slim, or if you’re having problems with connected GPS or tracking your stats, you can restart your tracker from your wrist. Touch the home button on your iTOUCH Slim until you reach the Shut down screen. Then press and hold the home button for 3 seconds until the tracker turns off completely. Then, to turn your tracker back on, touch and hold the Home button for 5 seconds until you see the iTOUCH Slim logo appear on the watch screen, indicating that your watch has turned on.

For Android users: Check that you have enabled the iTouch Wearables app to access your notifications. 1. Hold one of the straps with one hand and the watch face with the other and pull it apart until it separates. Repeat this process to remove the other strap.
2. To insert a new strap for your smartwatch, snap the straps into each side of the watch face until they snap into place.
How long can I wear my watch?
We recommend removing the watch from your wrist at least once a day to clean the watch bands.
