How to Add a Second Gmail Account Using the Gmail App
To add a Gmail account to iPhone using the Gmail app, simply tap on your user icon, select Add another account, and input your login information.
Open the Gmail app on your iPhoneTap your user icon on the top right corner
Tap Add another account.
Tap Google and select Continue to confirm that you want to add a Gmail account.
