Today is my 46th birthday and I decided it was the perfect day to share this post again. I love cookies and I wholeheartedly believe that sending someone you love a box of cookies in the mail is the best idea ever. seriously…I knew the boxes of cookies were coming and it made my day when they arrived. imagine if they were a surprise! Sending a box of the best mail order cookies to out-of-town friends and family or someone you live with {then you get a bite} is a very special way to celebrate.
Ideally, I’d love to make cookies for everyone, but that’s not always possible with my schedule. Fortunately, there are so many wonderful mail order companies that will send your favorite people something sweet for you.
It was hard work {sarcasm} but I took it upon myself to order and eat cookies from 5 cookie companies. that way I could pass on my knowledge about cookies to all of you. This is my take on the following cookie mail order companies that I know your friends and family will love as much as we do.
I have to tell you, I ordered most of these cookies right before Thanksgiving, which wasn’t exactly fast. that, combined with the fact that I live in the middle of nowhere, led to long browsing times. also remember to give them a little grace because shipping is out of your control and may be a little delayed due to the times we are living in.
These are the top 5 best mail order cookies I tried {yes, I plan to try more} in no particular order because they were all amazing.

This cookie company has won my heart! not only are their cookies amazing, but the company is family owned and operated. In fact, if you follow them on Instagram, you’ll notice that sweet Carol is in the store every day doing everything from answering phones to working in the bakery.
When that happens, you know the customer service is going to be top notch, and it is! I can’t say enough good things about it. my cookies also arrived quickly, which can be difficult because I’m so remote.
The beautiful blue embossed box they come in is a wonderful touch. there is also an area in the checkout section where you can customize a message for whoever you send it to the one i love.
When you order, you’ll find a variety of box sizes and cookie flavors to choose from, which is always wonderful, plus the prices are very reasonable. the large gift box {which I highly recommend} is $44.00 and holds a dozen 6-ounce cookies. they are giant and have plant based options. shipping is determined by your location.
I can’t decide which one is my favorite because I love so many of them, but if I had to choose, it would be a close link between the sugar cookie and the snickerdoodle.

I have to start by saying that your customer service was second to none. they texted me to make sure the Monday after thanksgiving ship date was ok, which was really nice.
Mail-order cookies were also the fastest. I was very surprised to have them on my doorstep a couple of days after shipping.
The packaging was nice, they offered a personalized gift card and the cookies…OMG!!!!
This muddy buddy cookie might just be my favorite cookie! I still can’t get over it.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the large cookie and I can guarantee that whoever you send it to will be very impressed. In fact, I ended up ordering some cookies as a Christmas present for a friend.

bang cookies came the day after big fat cookies with two other mail-order cookie companies. They also had excellent customer service!
the packaging was excellent, they offered a personalized card to take inside and the cookies were delicious. they are also organic. so if that was important to you, then this could be your company.
the sea salt chocolate chunk was overwhelmingly our favorite of the house, but it didn’t taste bad.
The reference price was $29.50 and shipping was calculated by location, but it seemed to be the lowest.
Overall, I would definitely recommend bang cookies and I think whoever you send them to will feel special when they receive them.
sweet girl cookies
Sweet Girl Cookies is a mail-order cookie company I found while flying through Charlotte airport years ago. their customer service was also very good.
I liked the packaging, I loved the merry christmas card {but could you send another message} and the cookies were fresh and tasty. They offer a good variety of cookies and also have seasonal favorites.
my favorite will always be the chocolate chip cookie, but the mint chocolate chip cookie was pretty darn good!
Large Cookies retail price per box starts at $33.99 and shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for orders up to $70.00, which is fantastic.
Overall, I would always recommend the sweet girl cookies! They hold a very special place in my cookie-loving heart.
suss cookie company
suss cookie company was one I found online and it had a lot of great reviews.
My favorite part of this company was that I could mix and match the cookies however I wanted. I love that I can get exactly what I like.
My favorite was the lemon cookie, but the gingerbread cookie was a close second.
reference price was $16.00 {for half a dozen cookies} and shipping was based on location.
You can also mix and match the cookies and get exactly what you want, which is always great.
Overall, it was one of the best weeks! Every day a new box of delicious cookies appeared and my only job was to eat them.
