international shipping
california cryobank ships to over 40 countries worldwide via our designated carrier to ensure proper handling. The customer is responsible for any “duties and taxes” fees required by the receiving country. These fees are not included in the California Cryobank shipping fee.
It depends on the customs of the country how to make the payment, before the release of the package, or invoice it later. coordinate with your doctor or clinic and cooperate with customs to avoid delays in package release.
return policy for shipped vials
once vials are shipped from our storage facility, they are no longer eligible for california cryobank’s vial buyback offer. Unused vials may be returned to California Cryobank in the shipping tank and placed back in your personal storage account for later use. Please note that California Cryobank does not guarantee the quality of any vial that has been returned to our facility. be sure to return unused vials immediately. return shipments are sent via 2 day economy. Any delay in return shipping may result in the tank not reaching California Cryobank quickly enough to hold the vials safely.
