If you use certified mail labels with electronic delivery confirmation, the cost can be reduced to $5.47. additional options, such as return receipt and electronic signatures, will cost $2.00. first class postage stamps will cost $0.60 at the post office.
In short, buying your certified mailing labels online and avoiding a trip to the post office will save you $2.35 per mailing of the old green cards and forms.
